Emergency Crews on Hawaii Island responded to 19 different traffic incidents on Sunday, November 24th, 2019.
The Hawaii Fire Department (HFD) along with the Hawaii Police Department (HPD) responded to a total of 19 different traffic collisions around Hawaii Island on Sunday, November 24th, 2019.

We highlight a few notable incidents that have occurred on Sunday on Hawaii Island.
The first incident occurred at 9:57 am Sunday morning on Kamaoa Road in Na'alehu. Details on the Incident, Please Click Here
The second incident at 10:50 am Sunday morning on Highway 19 at the intersection with Jardine Road in Laupahoehoe. Reports came in that a 3-vehicle (rear-end type) accident occurred and everyone was able to exit their vehicle and awaiting the arrival of emergency crews. No injuries were reported.
The third incident occurred at 3:35 pm Sunday afternoon on Government Beach Road approximately 1 mile down from Maku'u in Hawaiian Beaches. Reports came in a motorcyclist collided with a tree off of Government Beach Road and rider reported to have suffered serious injuries. The rider was transported to the Hilo Medical Center in Serious Condition.
