Puna Information Update for March 14th, 2019:

The Hawaii Fire Department (HFD) is currently on scene of a confirmed structure fire located at the 16-1500 block of 37th Avenue near Orchidland Drive in the Orchidland Subdivision Thursday evening.

The initial call came just after 6:00 pm Thursday evening (March 14th) and crews from the Kea’au, Pahoa, Paradise Park, and Central Fire Stations along with Battalion 1 and Volunteers from Ainaloa are currently on scene at this time.

This is an ongoing incident and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
