West Hawaii Scanner Emergency Outage Notice

Aloha Listeners,

West Hawaii Scanner Feed will go offline immediately for emergency internet/utility work repair work happening in the area and will remain offline for the remainder of the night. Anticipate outage time is 4-6 hours.

We will restore the feed once repair work has been completed and given the all-clear to restore from the utility companies is given. During the outage, the HIRSC team will complete the weekly maintenance/equipment testing regularly scheduled from 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm to prevent any further delays.

We will do our best to provide updates on major incidents that should occur in West Hawaii during the outage.
